    Move that train. I’m not sure what the best approach is, but clearly Rails needs something better than engines.

    Scaling on the cheap. Quite often, if you focus on the problem instead of the solution, you won’t need that much hardware. Paul Tyma’s post on the architecture of Mailinator is a good read. Just don’t hire these people.
