Just announced today. And it rocks. Nick has outdone himself … again.
I like reading my feeds as a river of news. And FeedDemon 2.0 does it better than any feed reader I’ve seen before. Next to each post you’ll find a button to mark it as read (for feed skimming), or flag for attention. There are buttons for tagging it with del.icio.us, looking for comments on Technorati, emailing the post, or just saving to the news bin.
It’s all about easier, quicker feed reading and sharing. Now if FeedDemon could also write the post for me …
Besides the new killer features, the UI looks way better, more pleasent to use. And the feeds are now organized into folders for easier navigation. All the old shortcuts work, like moving forward with the space button, or clearing a feed/folder. And I love the new start page: it shows all the feeds with unread posts, and in a separate box highlights the one I pay most attention to.
And look at the top right. A search box.
Did I mention it rocks!
