Wikipedia beats the media, round 2

It’s noon pacific time. The CNN front page has one line reporting that “Earlier today, police killed a man trying to board a train at Stockwell station.”, but their developing story mentions nothing about the incident. Did it happen? What happened?

Wikipedia has a followup entry to the July 21st explosions, with some relevant details.

I posted about this before, so right now my tally on global news reporting is: Wikipedia: 2, CNN: 0.
